AwsRdsDecommissionArgs

Explicitly enables the RDS cluster decommission workflow.

Remarks

This is intentionally separate from normal cluster configuration. Set enabled to true, deploy once to disable RDS deletion protection, then remove the component in a subsequent deployment. finalSnapshot continues to decide whether that removal creates a final snapshot. Consumers own this data-layer lifecycle decision and can additionally use Pulumi's protected: true resource option to guard against accidental deletion.
